Jumpsuits: Zara | H&M | JCrew | Benetton

My name is Michelle, and I am addicted to jumpsuits!

Last count, I have over 30 - yes, that number is right. They are so easy to wear, and apart from what shoes to wear them with, you are good to go.

This Zara off-the-shoulder jumpsuit is stunning & elegant. You will notice I wear a lot of Zara pieces (no, I do not get paid for this…yet). I find that no matter what your budget and your lifestyle, they cater to everyone. This is very rare in the clothing industry.

A jumpsuit easily makes it appear as if you made an effort, it fits well, and whether you are tall or short, it still complements your body. The side zipper on this one makes it very easy to take on and off (great for bathroom breaks). The off-the-shoulder puffed sleeve adds an extra layer of pizzazz. By my stance, you can see how I’m loving it. This jumper cost less than my last steak dinner and is now on sale.

This pinstripe off-the-shoulder jumpsuit is my casual go-to from the one and only JCrew. I always feel like striking a pose by the ocean when wearing this lovely number. I am wearing a small, but I would go down a size as I find it fits big.

The frills around the top add a bit of mystery, while still remaining flattering. Because it is sleeveless, doesn't have zippers or buttons, and is made from a very stretchy fabric, your last-minute bathroom dash is a non-issue.

Now on sale - it's a must have.

Silk. Coral. Open back. Benetton. This jumpsuit was love at first sight.

I bought this in Spain a few years ago, and every time I put it on it brings back happy memories. I only wish that I had bought the additional colours. It hugs all the right places and the colour is so complementary that when I wear it I feel I must walk the room (true story).

Now, the drawbacks: Be careful not to wear it when the temperature is too hot - it is silk and any sweaty areas on your body will clearly show. The moment you sit down, it wrinkles - but it's not a huge deal as it happens with silk. Most importantly, you will need assistance (or to have long arms like me) if you try to go the ladies’ room. That one button located at the back is not an easy feat. But if you are like me, it is worth it. Can’t you tell by my strut?

Always in my travel bag, this H&M nude jumpsuit is timeless. It has travelled to many countries and been worn either by itself or has been complimented with a blazer or a cardigan. It's amazing to wear on planes, or to have in your hand luggage if you want to do a quick change to make it look like you “woke up like this.” I absolutely love the flow of this number – it does not really hug anything.

All my jumpsuits can be dressed up or dressed down if worn with a clutch or my signature big totes.

How not to fall in love with this navy and red open back jumpsuit from BCBG?

A moment of silence please.

The side slits, the flowy design, the beautiful fabric. When I wear this, I find myself looking in every mirror I pass (I can admit it). Even the three buttons at the back of this beauty are not a problem, I promise you.

Everyone needs this in their life. It's not inexpensive (at least it wasn't when I bought it), but it's worth every penny!

I encourage your feedback!

See you soon,

M.E
